History

Beginning in September 2021, RB Multimedia is the brainchild of Ritz Bernardo & Rene Bauzon, hence its namesake. Ritz, together with her best friend and business partner Rene, are now able to finally provide support and help micro, small, and medium enterprises realize their full potential through effective marketing strategies and execution. Along with becoming a one-stop shop for them; with no need for the hassle of dealing with multiple suppliers and third-parties; RB has it all! And with a "pay it forward" approach both in their professional and personal life, RB Multimedia Agency and its constituents are more than ready to create more business success stories and marketing leaders in their respective industries.

Founders

Ritz Bernardo (Chief Executive Officer)

A veteran marketer with two decades in retail & brand marketing, Ritz Bernado is a seasoned marketing strategist beaming with integrity & dynamism at her core. From infant care, cosmetics, food, fuel and even outdoor commodities, Ritz ensures quality and clear execution above all else; walking the talk she exudes in her campaigns and pitches to the letter.

Rene Bauzon (CFO)

An entrepreneur and investor with a heart, Rene Bauzon serves as the financial head of the company; spearheading its conception. He is well-versed in the B2B industry as a supplier, Data architecture / project management, Process Improvement, proficient of leading Operations, sales and logistics and other start-up related investments, having done so in both the United States and the Philippines; he is more than equipped to see through the inner workings of your business with his keen eye for honesty & the wisdom to see a working potential.

Karlene or K.C, is brimming with brightness, with her carpe diem attitude and a decade’s worth of experience in sales, marketing and customer service. KC is also internationally trained in Product & Sales Development in Italy, Singapore and Malaysia. With her due diligence, she exemplifies pouring energy and quality time to YOUR business and YOUR needs; garnering many clients JUST LIKE YOU in her ongoing role as RB Multimedia’s very own sales head.

Joey Solis (Senior Sales Associate)

Joey is armed with a decade of sales experience in B2B levels, advertising and marketing. He delivers through passion-integrating his values of self-competition, carrying this same wisdom into connecting your business with us. Where Joey sees potential, he reaches for it and when Joey sees your opportunity, he helps you take it. To him, it might as well be destiny that led you to choose RB Multimedia Company.

Tristan Abel (Marketing & Sales Associate)

Tristan is the heir to the throne of RB Multimedia, son of Ritz Bernardo, CEO, serving as their in-house content writer, marketing & sales executive and copywriter, with backgrounds in academic writing, advertising script, qualitative marketing research and knack for finding passion in marketing. If you want to tell your story in a way that reaches the masses in-line with the new generation, Tristan is your man.

Shekinah Miradora (Graphic Designer, Head of Creatives)

A fresh face to the field of multimedia marketing; Shekinah has vast experience, excelling in creativity with regards to graphic design and multifaceted both in advertising, packaging and signages; namely in retail industries. She makes the most of her time, carefully understanding the intricacies of your branding, placing you, your company and your story to the forefront.
